My niece and nephew sent my family and I letters just to say "hello" this week. It really made us smile, and it got me thinking how we can spread joy during this time of turmoil in the world.
It is very easy to look inward. We are ready to get out of the house, we may feel a little cabin fever now that the weather is getting nice. Some of us have lost jobs or have a friend or family member that has been furloughed. Spreading joy is an act of acting outward, so I challenge you to find a way to spread joy to your loved ones this week.
