Healthcare Consultant

Gerry Stanley is a third-generation family physician who took a circuitous route to his consulting and speaking career. Currently employed as an executive at a large healthcare IT company, Gerry studied classical and near eastern civilizations in college prior to focusing on family medicine.

 

At the completion of his medical training, Gerry provided care for the underserved in The National Health Service Corps working in critical access hospitals and federally qualified health centers. He transitioned to an urban practice as part of a multi specialty group and begin working directly with employers to solve their healthcare and insurance problems.

 

While attending executive business school at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Dr. Stanley developed a vision for being a doctor “to” medicine and not just “of” medicine.

Today as a consultant and business leader, Gerry Stanley brings a unique skill set focused on healthcare transformation through innovative technology solutions.
